Nusantara International Journal of Islamic Studies (NIJIS) is committed to ensuring the long-term preservation, accessibility, and availability of all published scholarly content.

The journal utilizes the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN) to preserve its digital content and supports long-term archiving through the LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) system, where available. These preservation services ensure that published articles remain securely archived and accessible even in the event of technical failure, website migration, or journal discontinuation.

All published articles are assigned a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) to provide persistent identification and reliable citation. Journal metadata are also preserved and made available through indexing and abstracting services to enhance discoverability and long-term accessibility.
